Method

  • Sources: BOAMP (the French official bulletin of public procurement notices) and TED (Tenders Electronic Daily, the EU’s public procurement journal), restricted to French buyers and places of performance.
  • Period: notices published from September 1 to October 30, 2026, the last 60 days. The figures are recounted every morning.
  • Unit: the procedure. A contract published on both BOAMP and TED, or followed by a corrigendum, counts once.
  • Domain: the CPV division (first two digits) of the notice’s main code. 1,326 procedures without a CPV code belong to no domain.
  • Place: the department of the place of performance the notice gives, or else the buyer’s. A procedure covering more than three regions counts in none.
  • Median amount: over the procedures that publish an estimated or total amount in euros.
  • Open lots: lots whose tender submission deadline had not passed on October 31, 2026.
