How we source contact data
If you received an email from us, it’s because your company’s address was published online. Here is how we work, briefly and in full.
Where addresses come from
We collect only business contact details (emails and phone numbers) that companies publish on their own official contact pages.
We don’t buy lists from third parties, and we don’t take addresses from sources of unknown origin.
What we record
For every address we keep the exact page it was taken from, with the date it was collected. If you ask where a contact came from, we can show you.
How to opt out, in one click
Every message we send contains an opt-out link. Alternatively, write to info@tendaris.org with the subject “Removal”: we’ll delete the address from our lists and won’t contact you again.
Your rights
Beyond opting out, you can always request access, rectification or erasure of your data. Details are in the privacy notice.
