Tender discovery for European SMEs
The public tenders that match what you supply.
Tendaris reads official procurement notices published across Europe, understands what your company supplies, and shows you the open tenders that match — with the buyer, the deadline, the CPV code and a link to the original notice. Every result can be checked at the source.
This is what a result looks like. The data below is invented for illustration.
Urban waste collection and transport service
- Buyer
- Municipality of Cesena — Environment Department
- Deadline
- 12 September 2026, 12:00 noon
- CPV code
- 90511000 — Refuse collection

- Official notice (linked in the real result)
01 — The problem
The tenders exist. Finding them is the work.
Every month, tens of thousands of procurement notices are published across Europe, in dozens of languages, classified with a 9,454-code taxonomy called CPV.
If your company supplies, say, waste-handling equipment, the relevant notices are a handful among thousands. Many SMEs never bid at all; those that do often rely on someone reading the portals by hand.
02 — How it works
From official sources to relevant tenders
We ingest the notices
We collect tender notices published by official European sources.
We understand what you supply
You describe it in your own words, as you would to a customer. No codes needed.
We map the CPV codes
Your offer is matched to the corresponding CPV codes — the shared classification of European procurement.
You see the open tenders
You get the list of open tenders whose subject matter matches: buyer, deadline, CPV code and a link to the official notice.
03 — Verifiability
No black boxes: you check everything at the source.
Every result shows the buyer, the deadline, the CPV code and a link to the official notice. We don’t ask you to trust a score: we show you the tender.
Tendaris does the reading for you. The decision to bid — and the assessment of requirements — stays with you, as it should.
Three things we will never tell you
- We don’t cover every tender in Europe: our corpus is a defined subset, and it always will be.
- We don’t tell you whether you’re eligible to bid: that’s a legal conclusion, and it isn’t ours to draw.
- We don’t promise you’ll win work: we save you the manual reading of procurement portals.
04 — Who it’s for
For companies that supply the public sector
- Waste & recycling
- Cleaning & sanitation
- Facilities management
- Construction supply
- Catering & food services
- Logistics & transport
Stop reading procurement portals by hand.
Tell us what your company supplies, and we’ll show you what a real result looks like.
