How it works
Four steps, no magic.
Tendaris is a process, not a promise. Here is what happens between a published notice and a result you can check.
Notice ingestion
We collect tender notices from official European sources. The corpus is a defined subset: we know which sources we read and which we don’t, and we don’t pretend otherwise.
Understanding the company
You describe what your company supplies in your own words: products, services, sectors. It’s the same description you’d give a customer, not a technical questionnaire.
CPV matching
We map your offer to the relevant CPV codes. Matching runs on the subject matter of the notices, not on stray keywords — that’s what keeps the noise down.
Verifiable results
You see the open tenders whose subject matter matches, each with buyer, deadline, CPV code and a link to the official notice. If something looks off, open the source and check.
The common vocabulary
What CPV is, in one minute
The Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) is the taxonomy European authorities use to classify the subject of public contracts: 9,454 codes, from furniture to cleaning services. Every notice carries one or more CPV codes.
Comparing codes is the most reliable way to tell whether a tender concerns what you supply — without reading dozens of portals in other languages. It’s tedious, precise work: exactly the kind to hand over to a machine.

The limits, stated up front
- We don’t read every source in existence: the corpus is defined and documented.
- We don’t update in real time: results follow the ingestion rhythm of the sources.
- We don’t assess your eligibility to bid: that check stays with you or your advisor.
