The data controller is Tendaris, reachable at info@tendaris.org. Full company details will be listed in the final version of this document.

Data you send us through the contact form: name, company, email address and the text of your message.

Technical browsing data strictly necessary for the site to function. We use no analytics tools and no profiling cookies.

The public website uses no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. A first-party cookie remembers for six months that you have read the essential-cookie notice.

The customer workspace uses strictly necessary first-party cookies for the authenticated session and CSRF protection until sign-out or session expiry, a language preference for up to 12 months, and a temporary SSO completion cookie for up to 30 minutes. These cookies are not used to track you across websites.

To answer your requests and contact you about the service: the legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling business communications (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

For the time needed to handle your request and, at most, 24 months after the last contact, unless legal obligations require otherwise.

Data is processed by technical providers (hosting and email) operating within the European Union as data processors. We never sell or pass your data to third parties.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or object to processing at any time by writing to info@tendaris.org. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority.
